Gate 1 — The Ask
Approve a 30-day, one-deployment SyncCentral Enhance pilot
Overlay AI Field Mapping + Sync Error AI Assist (BETA) onto ONE existing live SyncCentral/NetSuite deployment. No client disruption, no rebuild — the overlay sits on top of an already-live sync.

Operating Model (Gate 1)
- Capture baseline and pilot KPI definitions on the one chosen deployment.
- Run a weekly operating cadence with owner assignment over the 30-day window.
- Measure operational lift: consultant hours saved, mapping accept rate, sync-error accepted-fix rate (target ≥50%), DLP false-positive rate. Stated mapping speed/accuracy figures are fixture-scoped.
Gate 2 — Expansion (only after the four Gate-1 metrics clear)
- Controlled rollout: 5-10 client implementations over 3 months, with day-60 and day-90 gates.
- Start with two representative pilot clients (one NetSuite-heavy, one mixed ERP).
- Expand only on measurable Gate-1 outcome attainment — error, cycle-time, and adoption targets met before scaling.
