Decision in 5 Minutes

SuiteCentral 2.0 is production-ready, but not yet deployed in Squire production, and ready for a controlled pilot. The question is whether Squire wants to sponsor that pilot as the upgrade path beyond SuiteCentral 1.0.

Why Now

The market window is time-bound. Competitors have AI on roadmap, while SuiteCentral already demonstrates shipped capabilities. EU AI Act obligations for high-risk AI systems begin on August 2, 2026; buying a governance-first platform now reduces rework and compliance drag later.

The Ask — Gate 1 (immediate)

Approve a 30-day, one-deployment SyncCentral Enhance pilot: overlay AI Field Mapping + Sync Error AI Assist (beta) onto ONE existing live SyncCentral/NetSuite deployment. Internal, uses existing budget, no rebuild, no client disruption. It measures saved consultant hours plus four pilot metrics — mapping accept rate; consultant hours saved; sync-error accepted-fix rate (target ≥50%); DLP false-positive rate.

Gate 2 expansion (after Gate-1 metrics clear): only once the four Gate-1 metrics clear, scale to the broader 3-month / 5-10-client rollout at $50K-$75K, scaling toward $2.3M (Y1) / $8.3M (Y3) / $35M (Y5) ARR.
